Energokomplekt OOO (Ltd.) was set up in 2013 as a special-purpose company to supply materials and equipment to machine-building works of the Ural Region in Russia.

In the years of 2013 and 2014, the company conducted a thorough research of the market in order to find its gap in the business sector of equipment supply for large industrial enterprises of Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk and Perm Regions, while as performing minor contracts for supply of power equipment to companies of the region.

In 2015, an unconventional approach was found – the company proceeded to implementation of the strategy of complete deliveries of materials and equipment for EPC-contractors on the market of energy sector construction in Russia. Well-established connections with suppliers of materials for the construction of electricity transmission lines and those with suppliers of equipment for transformer substations turned out to be in high demand with the customers.

The most cost-effective management and logistics solutions developed in the company allowed Energokomplekt to gain the proceeds exceeding 7 billion rubles in 2017 and to become one of the largest suppliers on the Russian power market. For provisioning needs of power industry of Russia, in 2016 Energokomplekt started to supply equipment from the European Union countries: Germany, Poland, Estonia. Cooperation with European suppliers gave a new impulse to the development of the company business, and in 2019 in Poland on the basis of a Polish construction company Conpol of Krakow the representative office of Energokomplekt was established. Under the initiative of further development of the business, using the partners’ potential and possibilities Energokomplekt is developing the implementation of joint projects for promotional support of European products to the Russian market. Today the company has representative offices in Poland, Estonia and Lithuania.
