Energokomplekt won the tender — «Construction management and commissioning of a temporary unit for the production of prefabricated reinforced concrete piles» conducted by AGHK OOO (Ltd.) (SIBUR) as part of the construction of the Amur Gas Chemical Complex — the largest polyethylene and polypropylene production facility in the Russian Federation.

Under the terms of the tender, the winner is to build a temporary unit for the production of reinforced concrete piles, which will be included in the complex of facilities for the production of prefabricated concrete elements during the construction of the Amur Gas Chemical Complex.

The pile-making unit should provide a complete production cycle:

• CBP (concrete batching plant);
• Steel for pile reinforcement;
• Manufacturing of reinforcement cage;
• Concrete forming;
• Concrete strength development;
• Shipping of finished products.

The workshop mode is a 24-hour two-shift with planned shutdown periods for maintenance and repair.

The total supply of prefabricated reinforced concrete piles will be about 153,000 m³.

Delivery term: April, 2021 — December, 2022 (basic volume)
