On 1 November, 2019, a dealership agreement between Energokomplekt OOO and Energy Company ZMK-Energo OOO (Ltd.) was entered into. By virtue of arrangements reached, Energokomplekt was granted official powers for the delivery of steel structures and transmission towers 35–750 kV.

As it appears from terms and conditions of the agreement, the Russian manufacturer ZMK-Energo reserves for itself all factory warranty liabilities concerned with steel structures supplied by Energokomplekt, including their further maintenance after erection.

The signing of the above agreement has become yet another important step within the strategy realizable by Energokomplekt aimed at the expansion of the network of partners to secure packaged supplies within ongoing construction and reconstruction projects.
