In June, 2019 a contract was entered into between Energokomplekt OOO (Ltd.) and Ural Power Engineering Construction Company АО (JSC) for the complete delivery of materials and equipment for the dyke construction in Komsomolsk-on-Amur. The supplies will be maintaining till 2024.

Works for the facility construction consist of 5 stages and are intended to last for 5 years.  According to the engineering solution proposed, the dyke is intended to ensure the reliable breakwater protection of the town territory against overflow of the Amur River.

In accordance with the contract, the total amount of materials and equipment to be supplied is equal to 2.5 billion rubles.
